XF was way too difficult. I never even finished it. It also would've helped if there actual animated cutscenes to help the player along. You know, just to ease the pain.

And yes, I know I have to play WA5. I'll start it.....one of these days.

yep I bet its a pretty low budget game lol its indeed way to difficult btw, theres a gamesave over at gamefaqs that's at the beginning of game but with most equipments, item, lots of money, if you use that it'd make the game much easier

well, after about 2 years of off and on I finally beat wildarms XF! really not much to say about this game, its got no cut scene whatsoever even till the end, way too much useless dialog, childish story(for the most part), insane difficulty..but best intro song(yes song only) in my opinion of wildarms ever! ending song was great too. kaori oda is pretty amazing singer and, shes only a year older than me now..making me feel useless-_-; age really do catch up man I really wanna have some huge accomplishments soon, someday!

You should've just skipped the game and bought the soundtrack.

But I am in agreement with your opinion on XF. It stunk. And you shouldn't feel useless, Lee. I'm sure you'll be an amazing singer someday too. ;D

Someone was telling me that XF was the best Wildarms yet.....now who could that be?

I personally like the first, but haven't played the third (it being the only other available in OZ).
I've started getting into Phantasy Star Portable, and it's not that bad, really. Gives me an idea of what P3P will be like. ^^

Phantasy Star Portable > Phantasy Star Zero(DS)
While PSP only has ad-hoc and no infrastructure mode, people with PS3s can use Ad-Hoc Party to connect through internet play...only problem is finding a room with people playing it(everyone is play Monster Hunter!). PS0 is a good start for the DS franchise with internet option but you need friend codes, you can randomly join a game. My problem with the game is that the controls are tweaked and feels sloppy next to the PSP version.
I miss my PSP....I'm gonna miss out on Phantasy Star Portable 2 as well unless I get my screen fixed....

and yeah, theres a chinese site hosting chinese Phantasy star 2, but it requires a program to download and some merging file, too much for me to even consider..

I've beaten PSPortable now, and the ending is not my type. I'm not too fussed by the game, and will be waiting for P3P! ^^

The chapters are really quick. I was reading how the meat of the game is in the after game and the multiplayer, so I was sort of expecting a short story mode...

I...see, so thats how it is. well its a good thing cause I don't have much time for long games nowadays anyways, besides maybe FF13 and such..man I miss the old high school days where I didn't have to work, don't need to do homework and didn't discover torrent so all the time I had was focused on beaten games. but most important of all, playing video games had a bigger impact on me..recently it just don't feel the same anymore, must be age catching up!
