(I'm supreme hardcore ) OK. I know when I'm beat. ;D BTW, my copy of Mana-Khemia should be shipping out relatively soon (within the next 2-3 weeks) so once I get it I'll post some pics of the LE goodies including the Jess figure.

So, gave up on trying to convert me to the heathen? ^_^ Seriously though, I've been home from my trip away for the weekend for six hours now....and five of those has been spent on playing Disgaea 1 again! ^^ Building ultimate levels is hard work!

Disgaea owns when it comes to SRPGs. Nippon Ichi games are always so much fun. ^^ Have you played Digaea 2 yet, GKM?

Are you serious, L? I've played and beat Disgaea 2 twice, and am on my third run, but something ELSE that's now one of my most favourite games of all time is vying for most of my time: ATLUS' Shin Megami Tensei Persona 3:Now, this game was bought the day before last, and after I'd bought it, I spent the NEXT DAY STRAIGHT playing this thing! I've been hard pressed to tear myself away from this beast! What a great game! I absolutely love it! ^_^ Took Australia 8 months from Japanese release date to get this, but it was worth the wait! Actually, I was in search of DVD movies that day, but decided to go to EB Games to see what they had, and this baby was the last thing I actually noticed - I'd glossed over it and only noticed it at the last minute before leaving. Now, I'd known of Persona 3 through the Mitsuru Kirijo and Aegis figures, but hadn't given the game much serious thought. As soon as I saw it, however, I had to get it. I did debate the price with myself for about a minute, but the desire to play a new game overtook me, and boy was I glad to do it! ^_________^ P3 Rocks! ;D

8 months? The Japanese release for P3 was in July '06 and a year later was the US release, which I missed out but good thing they are re-releasing it with the FES expansion in couple of months. The PAL region release was around early this year, so I think you mean't 8 months from the US release.

EVERYTHING! I love this game to bits, and am playing it for the second time already! No, it's far from a short game, as I have been playing it for a few days straight, but this second time I'm taking it bit by bit. To talk about the game's scenario. Have you ever played a Shin Megami Tensei game before? If so, it's supposed to be a lot like the others, but enhanced. It's about these everyday heroes fighting it out against the dark denizens of the "Dark Hour", a space between 0:00 and 0:01AM, where these "shadow" creatures come out to play. You fight them as well as living out your school days during the day (the cast are [mostly] schoolgoers), and other oddities. I can't really say much more, or else the game's spoiled. That's the gist of the game out of the way, now on to what I like about it:1. game style - the way you have regular Japanese juniorhigh days, mixed with dungeon crawling at night (if you so choose - it's not compulsory, except for the main boss battles). 2. characters and their development - these characters may seem generic to some people at first, but they really touched me over the course of the game. One in particular (Aegis) has me totally wishing she were real! Yeah, she's only a game character and a robot at that, but the way they portrayed her in this game REALLY moved me. If you must know, I really almost cried over ten times during the game - if you lose yourself in a really good game or book, this effect really happens. I'm not a sap! ^^; (yeah, right!) 3. MAJOR replayability - this game has it up the who-hah with tons of replayability. You can't get the entire amount of goodies in one playthrough, as if you try, you'll lose out. The characterisation involves building up relationships with various people, and yes, this includes dating! <3 There's items, equipment and personas (magical beings you control by shooting your temple with an "evoker", a gun-like instrument) to collect, so you have to go through many different runthroughs to get the most out of this one. Then there's FES, an addition gameset they made last year, which is making its way to your shores in April (hopefully they can acquire it for AUS - or I'll kill 'em!). FES deals with more stuff added to the game itself (like a director's cut), but ALSO adds a whole disc with Aegis (my widdle wobot-girl) as the lead in her very own side-story! MUST HAVE THIS!!!! Oh, did I forget to mention the exceptionally well-done english dub? This is the singlemost top-notch effort they've done to provide us with excellent characters with voice. Way better than FFXII! \(^_^)/ There. That's Persona 3, and my ranting and seriously whacked out space time over. Think of me what you will! "I'm coming Aegis darling!" ;D

Well, it looks like I have one more game besides Mario Kart Wii to get in April. Good thing that FES is only $29.99 ^^

MirrorMoon just released their new version of the Fate Stay Night English patch. Not only does it include the english Translation for the Unlimited Blade Works route, but as a bonus, if you have the PS2 version of Fate, then you can use it to put the voice overs from that version to the PC install, giving you full voice over for your PC Fate experience. ^^

Definitely going for Mario Kart Wii for 2 reasons. 1 - I have neither a PS3 or an X-Box 360. 2 - Every GTA since III has been,(this is just my opinoin from having played them) not much more than an extra large expansion pack.

Yeah, the GTAs after III including the PSP ones were pretty much expansion packs. Do you go online with Smash Bros. Brawl?
Oh yeah, Persona 4 got announced for the PS2 and its gonna be released in Japan on the month of July. The US release will probably follow after a year or something.

I haven't tried going online with Brawl yet. Gotta get some more hidden characters unlocked first. ^^

P4 was announced already? I have yet to touch my copy of Persona 3. ~_~;
I also received another game to add to my ever-growing PSP library: Wild Arms XF. Gonna start on it right after I complete Patapon.
