Just finished watching both Queen's Blade Rebellion and Queen's Blade; The Evil Eye....I actually enjoyed them both. Nothing like a little bit of the perversion along with warrior women. Did I just say that? Why yes I believe I did.

Just received the following from Aniplex's US website; So you know what I'll be watching. They are not releasing volume 5 until April though. That's fine, I can watch it now at my own pace on my time and not have to fiddle with a DVR or stay up to a ridiculous time for Adult Swim. It's also nice in that I can put it through on my large flat screen instead of limiting it to a small computer....Besides, I do like my collection of DVDs and Blu-rays.

I'm not crazy about the show, but I'm glad people are buying off aniplex website.

Going back on topic, I've been watching a lot of hulu shows, some main stream like the DC comic shows. Also watching on cruchyroll like Log Horizon 2, which continues to be interesting.

Well, I finished watching Kill la Kill over the weekend. The final Blu-ray showed up on Friday. I have to say that I am kind of sad after doing so. I really really liked the series regardless of what many say. They wrapped it up nicely and the additional episode #25 of post graduation from the Academy did completely close out all opportunity for any sort of follow up series. I know for those who dislike it, that will be fine. To me though, the series tackled a whole range of issues from finding one's personal identity to sibling rivalry to issues with parents to making do with friends for family and surragate family as well and in the end, making people with totally different backgrounds come together for a common cause, not to mention aliens, combat, mechanized weapons, sword fights, the odd ball "Nudist Beach" group...Wow, the Japanese can certainly come up with all kinds of things to toss in one basket.
On a completely different and so far off on a different course, now I'm watching a totally "cheese cake" anime. Super Sonico. It arrived last week as well. I think every now and again one has to have a total puff piece in one's collection just for the heck of it.
Question; Who knows anything about Unlimited Psychic Squad? Aniplex sends advertisement cards ( rather high quality actually and probably not cheap ) with their delivered items. I've received about 9 or 10 total between my four purchases and Unlimited Psychic Squad is about the only one that truly grabs my attention.
