The NAF Marketplace is a service to our users that provides a forum for buyers and sellers of ANIME FIGURE PRODUCTS (PVC, Resin, Action Figure, Trading/Capsule Figure, etc.). Your use of the NAF Marketplace is subject to the following rules and conditions:
1. You must be a registered user with NAF Proboard forum in order to trade at NAF Marketplace.
2. You will conduct the transaction, as buyer/seller/trader, with good faith and honesty.
3. As seller/trader, you will post only officially licensed anime figure products (NO BOOTLEGS).
4. As seller/trader, you will NOT post adult products (per Proboard's TOS barring adult material).
5. As seller/trader, you will follow the NAF Marketplace Model Post for your posts.
6. As seller/trader, you will change the thread subject to "CLOSED" once the item(s) in your post has been sold or traded. A moderator will then lock the thread.
7. As seller/trader, you will make a good faith estimate of the shipping cost (no excessive fees) to buyer prior to agreement.
8. As buyer, you fully and honestly disclose your mailing destination (state/country), in order for the seller to properly calculate shipping fees.
9. You understand that NAF Marketplace is a free service to Nuts For Anime Figures (NAF) users that may be withdrawn by the administrators of NAF Proboard forums at any time, for any reason.
10. You understand that the parties to the transaction are either buyer-seller, or trader-trader, and NAF is not a party to the transaction. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE is NAF liable for any loss that arises from a transaction-gone-wrong. ALL TRADES ARE CONDUCTED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
11. You agree that the moderators may modify or delete any posts that fail to follow these trading rules. You agree that the moderators may suspend or even delete your user account for repeated failure to follow or intentionally ignoring these rules.
