well, it so turned out that i found myself unsatisfied with the sloppy (IMO) lip job on this figure, so i did something about it; (11/28/14) -ORIGINAL-  -MY REPAINT-  also, i was dissatisfied with the sparse paint job of the hip band lace on her panties, as well as the nonexistent edge paintwork of her garter belt straps, so i took care of that too;     |

funny i just -now- noticed... the one thing the figure sculptor left off from the animation model was the Earrings!!! (12/02/14)    - it appears she's rather disturbed by that little oversight herself. frankly i don't really blame her... (( technically, i should be complaining about the figures' lack of Bridal Veil as well... - but i can kind of understand why an inexperienced company (at the time) like YAMATO had opted not to attempt to replicate such a detail on a 1/8 static figure such as this )) |

Hey...somebody stole my kitchen table!....LOL.
Seriously though, I've thought about buying this figure on occasion when it crops up. I've seen it in white, black and on a very rare occassion in pink too. When it does come in let me know if it's worth it.

That said, I still like both my 1/2.5 scale figures of both her and Hatsuho even that much more  . Even though they are impractical as all heck. |

Even though they are impractical as all heck. HUGE... and EXPENSIVE, i'd imagine. Alas... Yes they were. Where I made my major mistake though was E-Bay. I was unaware of such a site as AmiAmi and the use of their pre-owned section. Even at that, the A+ brand 1/2.5 scale figures rarely come up and when they do you never know if they will be above original retail or below. It's a crap shoot. That said, E-Bay ALWAYS will be on these ladies. As I understand it, A+ made less than 150 in that scale on both of them. Let's just say that in my ignorance I paid just over $1000 between the both of them. Now, that as an example, I paid just over $300 ( with shipping ) on the A+ Queen's Blade Sigui 1/2.5 scale figure which is every bit as gorgeous ( there are now two variations now in slightly different poses and outfits or rather lack there of but one is still pre-order I think ). Still expensive but far lower cost than what I paid on E-Bay for the Please Teacher! figures. I learned a valuable lesson, not to mention that I was also helped in avoiding being taken on a Super Sonico fake by the fine folks that do post on this site. It's nice to have some of the large scales in my collection though and they are posted in the "just got figure" thread somewhere. Maybe about page 11 or so? Oh, I almost forgot. As an example, on E-Bay I saw a seller from Germany asking $2000 even for the 1/2.5 Mizuho figure when I was in the process of trying to decide and that was when there was only three of that figure on E-Bay. |

YOU WILL ALWAYS find something!
