With love, dedication, and fun brainstorming sessions, a new name for the Educo Childhood program was born. It is this weaving, that weaving, that gives us the final name, which also refers to a work composed of intertwined elements, the final result of which is the triumphant sum of effort and the presence of all elements: the braid . Such is the timeliness and intuitiveness of the new name chosen for the program, which was reformulated in September to continue all the momentum and aspirations that characterize it. It was the girls and boys of the seven social entities who came together to create the program that ultimately tipped the scales in favor of "Trenzas". Everyone knows how to see their connection to their childhood and working together. Trenzas program, which includes Entre Amios Association (Seville), Barró Association (Madrid), El Arca de València Association, Donostia (Barcelona), Canarian Farrah Partnership Foundation and Sustainable Development, Mar de Niebla Society Action Foundation (Gijon) and Educo are committed to contributing to the improvement of the well-being of children and adolescents in seven Spanish regions by promoting good treatment and protection of children in the educational community. Trenzas remains a space for meeting and co-learning between different actors in the education sector. A meeting place that allows professionals from educational centers to enrich themselves through the experience and trajectory of social entities that work with children in a community way. Educo co-created this program with these seven entities to allow the various agents of the educational centers to learn about or delve into different educational methods (innovative, participatory and experiential) to promote more understanding of social reality and all families learn. Boys, girls and teenagers who study in these schools. Braid-farrah-()n Braid action line: A braid requires at least three branches to intertwine; it’s the same one we use when planning with our partners.
Yes, we have launched three intersecting lines of action to achieve the goals of good treatment and protection of children: Strengthening the capacity of the education ecosystem. We work with nearly 10 educational centers in seven re Chinese Overseas Asia Number Data gions of Spain to promote a protective environment and good treatment of children. We do this by providing training and advice to teachers and management teams who all share a community focus on positive coexistence. We work with families and other educational institutions to seek their participation. We mediate between schools and families and focus on creating or strengthening AFAS. Improve the abilities and skills of children and young people in the educational centers we work with. It is about actively involving children in the process of improvement and coexistence. Again, reflection and training are invited through workshops on coexistence and good treatment. Workshops on emotions, violence prevention or children's rights, etc. We also create spaces in our education centers for children and young people to listen, dialogue and engage in action. Enhancing spaces for reflection and coordination between different actors in the education and community sectors. Share the results of this project with public administrations, civil society forums and educational centers to promote better coordination and the exchange of inspiring experiences that promote coexistence and good treatment of children. A braid of our course of action will ensure that all agents are involved in achieving the goal of effecting fundamental change as we get to the root of the problem to achieve global improvement and effective good treatments. In order to address the root causes of the problem, we must always engage in active listening with those involved, especially involving children and young people so that they become real agents of change.
The point of change is to protect yourself and your colleagues. In this way we will include activities related to the promotion of good treatment, peaceful coexistence, equal mediation and the prevention, identification and combating of any violence (emphasis on sexual violence, gender-based violence and violence occurring in the digital sphere). The participation process of children and young people in the education center includes the implementation of the BT (Protection and Well Treatment Policy). At Educo, we participate in this meaning by providing tools for some key steps in the BT preparation process. Activated listening activities or community radio for children will also be included. Currently, entities continue to strengthen their capabilities to create a protective environment and create joint tools. For example, we have established a network of contact points for protection and good treatment across our entities. Last month, we decided to achieve a series of internal milestones by the year. Among them, supporting the coexistence plan (currently the entity is implementing the strategy together with the Education Center, we will provide guidance next spring), and supporting the transition from primary to secondary school in the Education Center. Also in the program, half-day spaces are being considered for inclusion in educational programs. The fact that it is a series of actions promoted by some entities in certain educational centers seems particularly relevant to us. Other actions include the production of publications, guides and videos on good practice produced by the working group. Or hold meetings to reflect and seek synergies. Furthermore, it was agreed that it would be very appropriate to create a resource library for educational centers, organize welcome events for teachers or provide support for boys and girls on social issues in order to train and accompany them. Training in emotional skills is also particularly important. Braids-farrahn. This is a course of action that many children's planning entities have incorporated. Every activity carried out in the "Trenzas" program takes into account the participation of children and adolescents. This is to keep them engaged and involved in the direction and decision-making of the project. Particular attention is also given to the realities of the environment and the children and young people involved in the work. Precisely, that's one of the program's great assets.
