I got home today to find three packages on the front porch. Two from AmiAmi and one from Playmora. I've been waiting for the Playmora delivery about two weeks. AmiAmi I think is trying to break their delivery record. Another 4 day from order to front step. Playmora had my Queen's Blade Elina Captain of the Royal Guard figure which I think we all know exactly where she'll be going. They also had the Super Sonico Queen of Hearts figure I keep trying to get, and failing, off of AmiAmi. Here they all are;  |

Well, dang it. Burnt by Solaris and now by Plamoya. Opened up Elina to put her on display with the other Queen's Blade figures and guess what? She has no weapon with her. Surprise surprise surprise! So I just sent off an e-mail to Plamoya and we'll see if I get a response from them. Solaris did good at making up for their error, maybe these folks will to.

just yesterday (5/4/15) i happened across this AMAZING comics/collectables shop about a 45 minute drive away; www.advunderground.com/WOW what a trip!! i haven't been in a B&M storefront with so much Anime-related goodness in one place in like fifteen years now! i was beginning to think such shops no longer existed outside major U.S. cities, but there we were!!! of course, i just couldn't walk out empty handed;   |

just yesterday (5/4/15) i happened across this AMAZING comics/collectables shop about a 45 minute drive away; www.advunderground.com/WOW what a trip!! i haven't been in a B&M storefront with so much Anime-related goodness in one place in like fifteen years now! i was beginning to think such shops no longer existed outside major U.S. cities, but there we were!!! of course, i just couldn't walk out empty handed; Yeah, we have one comic and collectible store left here and only one hobby shop. Of course, the "hobby shop" is 95% R/C related and not much else. They have a decent selection of models considering BUT the materials to build and finish them? Not so much. They never keep the paint stocked at all and the best of glues, especially plastic weld and Tenex 7R just isn't easy to get through them. Want to special order a kit? Well if they can't find it through their supplier even if it's in production, don't expect it. Might as well go online to get anything these days. The biggest and best store that was just outside Indianapolis closed about 2 1/2 years ago much to my dissappointment. I discovered that info out about 7 months back when I was planning a Saturday trip down and went online to verify the address. It was on some forum boards on outdated threads.......How the times change I guess. |

Your very lucky to STILL have a place like that  All my local anime, comic, game, hobby shops are all gone or are a sad reflection of their form-self.  We had one REALLY good ANIME store in my area, however the owners move on and sold their inventories to a new owner. ← screw everything up The only place left to get ANIME locally is now Barnes & Noble |

too lazy on my end just old stuff They just had one of those Bleach figures up on AmiAmi's pre-owned listings the other day. Wish they had made more of the women from Bleach in figure form, don't understand why they didn't. |

Meanwhile, my newest load just arrived. Three figures from AmiAmi and one T-shirt ( yes, off subject but still anime...first T-shirt for anime I've ever bought ) from Plamoya.     On a side note, I am starting to figure out the MyFigure site finally. Building up quite the profile now that I've figured out how to search and locate figures out of their database and add them to my collection. Some do not appear to be in there though. I've also managed to add a couple of goods ( T-shirt and soundtrack ). The only thing that is evidently very limited is DVD and Blu-ray. They pretty much have it with only versions released in Japan which makes it a bit hard since none of my collection shows up in the data base. |

hobbycentic those shunya yamanutsa figures are old, but they hold their detail value and rival some of these newer figures. I sold 2 my shunya yamanutsa on eBay... surprisingly, they made GOOD MONEY!  Disney/Bandai Big Hero 6 Armor - Up Baymax I got super lucky and pick it at Target for $19.99 Clearance |

I love the Shunya figures...I only have two now. The other is the secretary sitting in the chair.
I just received my LunaLuna Solar figure but I haven't got her out of the box to put her on display with the rest of the Queen's Blade collection yet. I'm waiting for my Nyx and regular version Annelotte to show up. I have a bad feeling about them though. I ordered from a site called Japan's Best, paid EMS shipping rate too. That was back on the 10th and so far the status still says "preparation for shipment". After reading reviews of other people's experiences with that company, it's so so....
That Big Hero 6 figure looks pretty cool. I meant to see the movie and never got around to it. I occasionally like to see a good Disney animated flick. I watched the new Mad Max flick this past weekend and had a blast. It was just like going back to being a teen and watching the last two in the theaters.
