CM's Corporation filing for Bankruptcy

Unfortunately, they have canceled rereleases for a ton of Gutto-Kuru figure series. I pre-ordered these from Amiami:

It's a shame I won't be getting these figures now.

Actually, the pre-orders will NOT be out. Amiami CANCELLED my pre-orders for CM's Corp figures. I thought it was weird for them to solicit re-releases of all those figures at such steep discounts off the original MSRP. It turned out to be a last ditch effort to get revenue. But I think they couldn't get financing needed to pay for production at the Chinese factory, and decided to throw in the towel.
